How to Add Facebook Login Option, Like and Comment Button?

Did you know that you can also allow your customers to like and comment on your products on Facebook? This tutorial will guide you on how to integrate Facebook Login Option, Like and Comment Button inside your webShaper store.

1. Go to Facebook.

2. Login to your Facebook account.

3. Go to Facebook Developer’s page.

4. Hover your mouse over to Get Started and click on Register as a Facebook Developer.

5. Follow the steps to complete registration as a developer. You will need to accept the Facebook policies and provide your mobile number to receive a confirmation code.

6. Once you have completed the registration, it will show you App Name, App ID along with App Profile Picture.

7. Hover your mouse over to My Apps and click on Add A New App. Choose Website.

8. Enter your Display Name and Contact Email to create a new App ID. For the display name, you suggest you to use your own store name.

9. Click Create App ID.

10. After create new App ID, it will direct you to Your Store Dashboard.

11. Now, you have successfully created your own App ID. You will be required to enter in your App ID and App Secret in webShaper control panel. Click Dashboard.

12. Go to Settings.

13. Enter all the details for the following fields:

App ID: App ID given by Facebook during registration
App Secret: App Secret given by Facebook during registration
Display Name: Insert your store name ( Example: Neowave Solutions SDN BHD )
App Domains: Insert your store URL ( Example: https://testing.com.my and https://www.testing.com.my)
Contact Email: Insert your email address (Example: support@webshaper.com )
Privacy Policy URL: Insert your privacy Policy URL (Example: https://www.webshaper.com.my/privacy-policy/ )
Terms of Service URL: Insert your Terms & Conditions (Example: https://www.webshaper.com.my/merchant-user-agreement/ )
