Before start, kindly follow Order Fulfillment tutorial to update order status from “Processed” to “Shipped”.
1. Go to Fulfillment > Manage Fulfillment.
2. Click Delete.
3. Click Back.
4. Go to Edit and click Update Order Status.
5. Click Reset To Pending.
6. Click OK.
7. Again, go to Edit and click Update Order Status.
8. Click Cancel Order.
9. Click OK. Now your order status updated to “Cancelled”.
