1. Login to webShaper control panel > Orders > View Orders.

2. Go to your order and click View.

3. Hover your mouse to Edit, and click Update Order Status.

Note: Make sure your order status is Processed.

 

 

4. On Create Fulfillment order page, you can choose your own carrier, either:

  • Default – Any shipping option you set by default.
  • J&T – J&T Express (Malaysia).

5. For Default enter details as below:

  • Delivery / Shipment Method
  • Date Shipped
  • Tracking number

6. You can tick Notify customer on this fulfillment. (Send Shipped order status email )

7. Enter your Quantity per SKU @ Product Name.

 

 

Note: For J&T, enter details as below:

  • Date Shipped
  • Tick Notify customer on this fulfillment.
  • Enter  Quantity per SKU @ Product Name.

 

 

8. Then, go to Fulfillment > Manage Fulfillment.

 

 

9. Now you can check the details of order fulfillment.

10. Click Email to manually send email to your customer.

 

 

11. Click Send and your email will be successfully sent to the customer.
