Reports section helps you to generate Inventory, Sales, Custom, Search Intelligence, Fraud and Marketplaces reports.

Inventory Report

1. Go to webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Reports.

3. Go to Inventory.

4. Click Current Stock Level.

In this section, you can generates a report that shows the current stock level for all products in inventory.

 

 

5. To view stock level & status of each product, you can select stock status such as:

  • All
  • Out Of Stock
  • Suspended
  • Needs Reorder
  • In Stock

6. Click Display Report.

7. Now you can see the report with information such as Product Name, SKU, Stock Label, Stock Status, Reorder Level, Suspend Level, Back Order and Pre Order. The report list can be up to 500 numbers of product.

 

Sales Report

Sales Report is divided by 3 sections:

i. Order Sales.

ii. Top Selling.

iii. Top Customers.

 

Order Sales

1. Go to webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Reports.

3. Go to Sales.

4. Click Order Sales. In this section, you can generate a sales report that groups together sales by period.

Note: Sales in this report includes orders with pending, processed, or shipped status.

 

 

5. You can select the Period of order sales either:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Yearly

 

6. And View:

  • Last 7 days
  • This month
  • Last month

 

7. Click Display Report.

 

 

8. And you can see the sales report at the bottom.

 

 

Top Selling Products

1. Go to webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Reports.

3. Go to Sales.

4. Click Top Selling. In this section, you can generate reports to check your best selling products.

Note: Inside this report, you can view top selling by products, categories, manufacturers, or themes.

 

 

5. You can enter number of products you want to Select Top.

6. You can select By, either:

  • All Products
  • Direct Categories
  • Manufacturers
  • Themes

 

7. You can select the Period of top selling products either:

  • Last 7 days
  • This month
  • Last month
  • All time

 

8. Click Display Report.

 

 

9. And you can see the top selling products report at the bottom.

 

 

Top Customers

1. Go to webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Reports.

3. Go to Sales.

4. Click Top Customers. In this section, you can generate reports to check top customers buying from your store.

Note: Inside this report, you can view lists of top customers by highest order total, highest quantity purchased, highest number of orders placed.

 

 

5. You can enter number of products you want to Select Top.

6. You can select By, either:

  • Order value: MYR
  • Quantity Bought
  • Number Of Orders

 

7. You can select the Period of top selling products either:

  • Last 7 days
  • This month
  • Last month
  • All time

 

8. Click Display Report.

 

 

9. You can see the top customers report at the bottom.

 

Custom Report

There will be charges for you to generate any customize report, based on your request.

Good news for bizStore user, you can get ONE customize report per year for free!

Search Intelligence

Search Intelligence is divided by 2 sections:

i. All Searches

ii. Top Searches

 

All Searches

1. Go to webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Reports.

3. Go to Search Intelligence.

4. Click All Searches. In this section, you can generate a report that shows all the searches.

 

 

5. Insert your date (in calendar format) on From and To.

6. Click Display Searches.

 

 

7. Now you know what your visitors are searching for across the date you generate.

 

 

Top Searches

1. Go to webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Reports.

3. Go to Search Intelligence.

4. Click Top Searches. In this section, you can generate a report that shows top 20 searches.

 

 

5. Insert your date (in calendar format) on From and To.

6. Click Display Searches.

 

 

7. Now you know what are the keywords searched most by your visitors.

 

Fraud

1. Go to webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Reports.

3. Go to Fraud.

4. Insert your date (in calendar format) on From and To.

5. Click Display Report.

 

 

6. You can see that fraud report consist of lists of shipping address, total number of orders and total number of distinct orders.

Marketplaces Report

1. Go to webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Reports.

3. Go to Marketplaces.

 

 

4. You can see that Marketplaces Total Price, per marketplace, and webShaper store too.

 

 

5. You can also see Marketplaces Order Flow based on:

  • Current Week
  • Current Month
  • Current Year

 

6. There are also :

i. Marketplaces Top Consumer 

 

 

ii. Marketplaces Top Locations

 

 

iii. Marketplaces Top Cities

 

 

iv. Marketplaces Top States
