Please follow the steps below to re-link your existing product in 11street:

 

1. Copy 11Street product ID in 11Street seller office.

 

 

2. Click on Select, go to “Sync Status“, refer to Sync Status, and select “Item Not Synced” to Item Synced,

3. Paste 11Street product ID into External ID, then click on Save.

 

 

4. Last but not least, click on the Red Flag and Clear button.

webShaper will help to re-link the product that already exist in 11street Seller Office.

Note: If the display shows 100%, please tick the product and click on Re-sync.
