Please follow the steps below to re-push as new product to PrestoMall:
1. If your product gets error message at PrestoMall sync list as below, this mean your product do not exist in PrestoMall Seller Office.
Error message – “PrestoMall: Product registration failed You cannot modify banned products that have been deleted.”
2. Kindly login to PrestoMall Seller Office and double check again if the product do not exist.
3. Click on Select, go to Sync Status, change the Sync Status from “Item Synced” to Item Not Synced.
4. Click on Save.
5. Last but not least, click on Red Flag and Clear button.
