This tutorial will help you to understand possible errors while syncing your product items, clear your flag or error messages and follow simple steps to successfully upload your products to Lazada.

 

Choose the error messages that you face and it will link you to the the explanation and steps on how to solve it.

E5: Invalid Request Format
Negative value is not allowed

Explanations

E5: Invalid Request Format

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item description has invalid data. This usually when the long description you have added has invalid HTML tags, such as YouTube link or 3rd party URL link.

 

 

4. Go to Select and click Customize Name/Desc.

 

 

5. Scroll down and find Long Description. Click Copy Info to copy your product item description.

 

 

6. Delete the video link by clicking at the video and . Click Save.

 

 

7. Go to Select and click Product Spec.

8. Cut and paste your video link to Video URL.

9. Scroll down and click Save.

 

 

10. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

Negative value is not allowed

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item with negative stock quantity cannot be pushed because of the negative value.

4. Click on the error message and then it will go to view your product item which you can edit back.

5. Go to Pricing and insert new positive value for your product item.

6. Click Save.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

You already have another product with the SKU

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item SKU already exists in Lazada whether deleted or available. To solve this, you are required to update the item’s SKU.

4. Click on the error message and then it will go to view your product item which you can edit back.

5. Go to Codes and insert new positive value for your product item.

6. Click Save.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

E7: Login failed. Signature mismatching

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your Username and/or Key you have entered is invalid.

4. Go to Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Manage Settings.

5. Insert correctly your Lazada ID (Email) and Lazada API Key.

6. Click Save.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

Primary category must be on a lower level

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item category is not mapped to the last category’s level in Lazada. If the category is mapped to the last level then Lazada has updated their category tree.

4. Click Not Mapped.

 

 

5. Search for your Lazada product category by clicking on the drop down list button and choose a proper category accordingly to your product item. Make sure that you choose until Lazada last category.

E.g. Mobiles & Tablets > Mobile Accessories > Power Banks.

6. Click Save.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

E1: Parameter %s is mandatory

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item price tier-3 cannot be negative.

4. Click Select > Price.

5. You can see that your Marketplace listed price is negative value. Update the marketplace price or marketplace discount and make you to make the changes on the price which is positive value.

6. Click Done.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

 

E6: Unexpected internal error

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message comes from Lazada site. You may try to sync after few hours or the next day.

E9: Access Denied

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that you need to verify Lazada ID (Email) and Lazada API Key or check with Lazada team regarding this error.

4. To verify your Lazada ID and Lazada API Key, go to Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Manage Settings.

5. Insert correctly your Lazada ID (Email) and Lazada API Key.

6. Click Save.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

E1000: Internal Application Error

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message comes from Lazada site. You may try to sync after few hours or the next day.

Invalid/broken image in Product Description

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item description has invalid data. This usually when the long description you have added has invalid HTML tags, such as YouTube link or 3rd party URL link.

 Can’t create sku without sku attribute, please select one at least

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item cannot be created on Lazada without product item attribute.

4. Click Select > Product Option: Single.

5. Please choose your product item option on the drop down list button.

6. Click Save.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

 

Sorry can’t sync, both short and long description, is required!

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item don’t have either short and/or long description.

4. Click on your Product.

5. Go to Edit and click Product Item.

 

 

6. Make sure to fill on both Short Description and Long Description.

7. Scroll down and click Save.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

 

Sorry can’t sync, lazada Category is required!

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item don’t have either short and/or long description.

4. Go to Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Category Mapping.

5. Click Update Lazada Categories. Here, you can map webShaper’s categories to default Lazada categories.

 

 

6. Click on the Grey colored Lazada Icon, a window will appear prompting you to choose the Lazada categories.

7. Select the Lazada Category that most related to your webShaper store category. (Choose the categories until you reach the end of the category selections.) Click Save.

 

 

8. If successful, a Category Saved message will appear and the Orange Colored Lazada Icon will show.

 

 

9. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

Sorry can’t sync, product(s) under this item, must have length/width/height more than zero.

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item must have length/width/height more than zero.

4. Click on error message, then it will go to view your product item which you can edit back.

5. Go to Shipping and insert new length, width and height for your product item.

6. Click Save.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

SELLER_SKU_INVALID

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item SKU is invalid.

4. Go to Select > Sync Status.

5. Change your product item status from Item Not Synced to Item Synced. webShaper will push the product as new product again.

6. Click Save.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

 

Item not found

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item does not found.

4. Go to Select > Sync Status.

5. Change your product item status from Item Not Synced to Item Synced. webShaper will push the product as new product again.

6. Click Save.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

 

SellerSku: Seller sku is exist

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item does not found.

4. Go to Select > Sync Status.

5. Change your product item status from Item Not Synced to Item Synced. webShaper will help to push your product item to merge back to Lazada.

6. Click Save.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

IMAGE_DIMENSION_TOO_SMALL

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item image dimension is too small.

4. Click on your Product.

5. Go to Edit and click Gallery.

 

 

6. Upload new images by clicking Upload Files. Make sure that your image is not less than (600px * 600px) dimension.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

IMAGE_DIMENSION_TOO_BIG

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that your product item image dimension is too big.

4. Click on your Product.

5. Go to Edit and click Gallery.

 

 

6. Upload new images by clicking Upload Files. Make sure that your image is not more than (2000px * 2000px) dimension.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.

 

Value is required and cannot be empty

1. Go to your webShaper store control panel.

2. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Lazada > Sync Product Items.

3. Go to your product that has flag or error message. Click on the error message.

*Note: This error message means that no custom Name/Description for your product item yet. It is required and cannot be empty.

 

 

4. Go to Select and click Customize Name/Desc.

5. Fill in your Product Name.

6. Scroll down and click Save.

 

 

7. Click Flag icon and Clear to clear the error message.
