Before do any changes on applying discount for your product item, please make sure that you have sync your product successfully into the marketplace.

This is the example of a product with a normal price, without any discount inside a marketplace, Lelong.my.

 

 

Please follow the step by step instructions for you to know how to set discount in webShaper according to your products:

Main Product

 

1. Open webShaper control panel. Click Product.

2. Go to your product by clicking at it.

3. Select Options and click Manage Products.

 

 

4. Click Pricing.

5. Tick Apply Discount.

 

6. There are two buttons which are:

Choose either one according to which product you want to apply the discount.

 

Flat Value

 

1. Tick Flat Value, Insert your value, and click Save.

 

 

2. Make sure to sync back your product into marketplace. Go to webShaper control panel.

3. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Sync Product Items.

4. Tick on your product item and click Re-sync Items.

 

 

5. Refresh and then you will notice your main product in marketplace is updated with a new discount price, where the price were deducted from the original price. It will show you how many you saved from the discount shown.

 

 

Percentage

 

1. Tick Percentage, Insert your value, and click Save.

 

 

2. Make sure to sync back your product into marketplace. Go to webShaper control panel.

3. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Sync Product Items.

4. Tick on your product item and click Re-sync Items.

 

 

5. Refresh and then you will notice your main product in marketplace is updated with a new discount price, where the price were deducted from the original price. It will show you how many you saved and also in terms of percentage from the discount shown.

 

 

Sub Products

 

If the sub products exist, the pricing need to be managed under Sub Products.

 

1. Open webShaper control panel. Click Product.

2. Go to your product by clicking at it.

3. Select Options and click Manage Products.

 

 

4. Click Sub Products.

5. There are two buttons which are:

Choose either one according to which product you want to apply the discount.

 

Flat Value

 

1. Tick Discount, tick Value, Insert your value, and click Update.

 

 

2. Make sure to sync back your product into marketplace. Go to webShaper control panel.

3. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Sync Product Items.

4. Tick on your product item and click Re-sync Items.

 

 

5. Refresh and then you will notice your sub products in marketplace is updated, where the original price was for main product. As for the sub products update, you can click Option and it will show you how many you saved (deducted value) from the discount shown.

 

 

Percentage

1. Tick Discount, tick %, Insert your value, and click Update.

 

 

2. Make sure to sync back your product into marketplace. Go to webShaper control panel.

3. Click Marketing > Marketplace > Sync Product Items.

4. Tick on your product item and click Re-sync Items.

 

 

5. Refresh and then you will notice your sub products in marketplace is updated, where the original price was for main product. As for the sub products update, you can click Option and it will show you how many you saved (deducted value) from the discount shown.
