1. Create TWO zones with West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
You can refer to the tutorial link here, to Set Shipping Zone Grouping (Local Zone).
2. Create TWO shipping options with West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
You can refer to the tutorial link here, to Set Up Custom Shipping Option.
3. Refer to West Malaysia option. Click on Select One, and go to Edit Main.
4. Scroll to the bottom, fill in the 0 value on FROM, TO and RATE.
5. Click on Add.
6. Click on Update Rates.
7. Done! Now your customers from West Malaysia can enjoy free shipping
when they purchase any item from your store 🙂
